1.      Basics of the Event

(1)   Date: 28th - 29th November, 2019 (Tuesday, Friday)

(2)   Venue: Poly World Trade Center, Guangzhou, China (No. 1000 Xingang East Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong)

 

2.      Notices for Speakers

 

(1)   Deadline of submitting speech content: please submit your speech content before November 15 in PPT form with a proportion of 16 to 9. If you need special equipment in your speech, please inform us in advance.

(2)   Time of Registration: Morning: 08:30 – 09:00; Afternoon: 13:00 – 13:30

Speakers need to arrive at the venue half an hour in advance before the forum you will speech begins.

(3)   Location of Registration: register desk on the ground floor visitors entrance area between Hall 1 & Hall 2

(4)   Dining Place: Westin Hotel ground floor Zhiwei western restaurant (In case of any changes, please refer to the notice of the committee)

(5)   Dress Code: Formal wear is recommended.

1)        Please go to the VIP register desk with your business card to get name tag and relevant material. The name tag cannot be transferred and please wear it before you enter the venue.

2)        The committee has arranged VIP lounge for speakers in conference area, third floor of Poly World Trade Centre

3)        If you need to update your speech content, please inform the site staff in advance, and they will accompany you to give the site technicians your speech content to make AV backup.

4)        You will use wireless microphone when you speech. Please be prepared when the host introduces you, and go to the stage to start speaking when the music is on.

5)        Please pay attention to your speech time for fear of affecting other speakers’ schedules because of your overtime.

6)        In dialogues, the guests use wireless microphones to communicate.

7)        There will be simultaneous interpretation in the forum. If you need this service, please get the headphones in advance with your valid credential and return them according to the rules.
