The 2018 China Sports Culture Expo and Sports Tourism Expo, aims to present a blueprint for the internationalization of China’s sports industry and develop the country’s market potential for sports culture and sports tourism. Sports Business Forum

China's sports industry has achieved exciting development after Document No.46 released the sports industry's business goal of 800 billion US dollars in 2025. While the sports industry is developing at a rapid pace, we deeply understands that China's sports industry is still in its infancy. This forum will focus on discussion of a series of hot topics such as sports event operation, event marketing strategy, venue planning and operation, risk management etc. International top event organizers and operators will be invited to share their stories on hot topics such as refined event operation, event marketing strategy and the event service upgrade. Museum Curators’ Forum

 

Museum is the most important platform that preserves and carries on human civilization, functioning as the bridge that connects the past, present and future. Recent years has witnessed great progress made by museums in China. By 2017, the 4,721 museums in China had received 972 million visitors. In order to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs from the public, museums need to improve the quality to keep abreast of the times. Museum Curators’ Forum will focus on sci-tech upgrading of museums, collection management, personnel training and positioning of local museums, directors and curators of famous museums will be invited to share their experience in museum building and operation.

Sport marketing, as part of sport industry, is also evolving. When sponsoring marketing, sports are not limited by media delivery. Instead, it needs to reach target groups precisely, and perfectly combine the sponsored competitions, spirit and connotations of the brand. Also, the operator of competitions should build a powerful IP. In addition to the innovative form and connotation, it also needs to build the wonderful reputation through the sustainable and high-quality operations. Winter Sports Forum

 

According to Document No. 46 issued by the State Council that pointed out that the total scale of the sports industry exceeds 5 trillion yuan, relying on the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, combined with unprecedented opportunities and policy dividends, the inner motivation of “300 million people exercising on ice and snow” and the investors’ impulse to invest, the prospects of China’s ice and snow industry are limitless. However, our country’s winter sports are not developing smoothly. Issues like the lack of professional personnel, the mismanagement of ice rinks and ski resorts and the imbalanced development are emerging one after another. This forum will invite international winter sports associations to share their experience and provide solutions to the development of winter sports in China.
